fix: individual function

• Create swap partition
• Set io-scheduler to none
• Generate ssl-certificate using certbot
• Add ssl certificate to file
• Mariadb configuration file generation
• Dynamic innodb-buffer-pool-size
• Individual functions to run with selection menu

I don't see a major need for refactoring. All looks good as long as it works.
Just we can work on the points that we discussed yesterday.
