[Configtool] Exe should be allowed to have a differing name from project

Currently, the executable and data directory must have the same name as the directory they reside in.

A better mechanism would be: In the chosen directory search for an executable and data directory with identical prefix. If this gives one result, inform the user that those will be used. Otherwise, launch an error dialog.
