    Teleporting on the scenes doesn't lag, mainly in the reception.

    Spikes of lag when teleporting.

  • What is the new behavior? (if this is a feature change)
    They spikes are much smaller and they don't affect as much.

  • Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)
    No.

I see some changes that don't make sense. There are for example duplication of XRDeviceSimulator and OpenXR Package Settings. It might be ok to approve for now but should be checked later.
