Calculate mapping between IAB vendors and Google Providers by privacy url

• iab_google_mapping.ipynb - jupyter notebook to play with a data. Click on the badge to run the notebook online (wait for loading)
• iab_google_mapping.py - python script which do the same as notebook and save result to csv
• iab_google_mapping.cmd, iab_google_mapping.sh run python from above with installed dependencies on windows/ubuntu
• requirements.txt dependencies to be installed for notebook
