Description of Problem
Based on recently approved #3291 I went through rest of the docs and updated remaining "twitter.com" links as well.

We can also consider renaming "Twitter" to "X" in labels and texts, but the question is, whether ppl recognize it as "X" (I doubt it).
But there is at least one inconsistency already -
/src/about/community-guide.mdsays "official Twitter account", while/src/sponsor/index.mdhas "Vue's official X account". I didn't change yet, because it is a bit different change than updating only the links. Leaving it up to a debate.
