"labeled and stored" sounds very procedural compared to the rest of the definition. Plus, "labeled" is wrong: as we are talking about abstract syntaxes, blank nodes do not have labels.
This is of course subjective, but I found the last sentence a bit haranguing
I'm pretty sure that the new wording is sufficient to imply the old wording, and I find it simpler to understand (I only have to check the subject, predicate and object, the other direct constituents will follow automatically).

"Q" stood for "quoted graphs", but they are now called "graph terms".
