Incremental migration:

  • JDK 21: dropped groovy, ivy and rely only on maven
  • JDK 25: upgraded Jetty, Jersey and use hibernate-validator

To be deployed on dev cluster and tested.

We still use Jetty and not GlassFish as application server 😄
Basically we upgraded Jetty from 10.x to 12.x and Jersey from 2.x to 3.x. I guess the confusion comes from Jersey being now developed under the Eclipse GlassFish project umbrella.

Deployed manually on aws-dev. Will keep the PR opened until Monday in case we observe some anomalies over the weekend.
