What
Adding a new flag for Copilot 2.0 activation, using a new field called "internal_flags", in the Project model.
Why
This flag will be used to indicate to the frontend application if the features related to the Copilot 2.0 is active for a project. Also, will be used internally in the backend, to allow or block requests regarding these features.
