- Update field and record configs for CWR 2.2 specification
- Extend work.py with V2.2 record fields and transmission metadata
- Fix encoder output for standard field/record formatting
- Add CWR 2.2 documentation, sender ID tables, and spec PDFs
- Add test CWR files (v22 demo, NWR/REV examples)
- Replace legacy .rar archives with direct document files
- Update README with current project information
