This repository contains QoS scripts utilizing the Linux traffic control
framework.

While the actual features vary, all setup should offer at least the following
features:
	* limiting bandwidth below link speed
	* distributing bandwidth fairly between classes
	* optionally garantueeing bandwidth to a class
