I have been running souporcell on 20 samples and all of these samples have two individuals pooled. For 14 samples I have noticed very high ambientENA estimated (>95%). The barcodes were still split into two individuals and doublets and unassigned were detected within normal range. But with this high ambient RNA estimation, I was confused whether to trust the demultiplexed results. Can you explain or guide me what could be going on here? Thanks.
