Disable cookie encryption for all routes

Used this way to make it work on Laravel 9 projects. Cover problems reported in #16, #17, #62 and #88 .

According to the Laravel documentation, excluding middleware work with the withoutMiddleware() method on the route's group.

This is resulting in a routes group containing another routes group. I did not take the time to have a closer look at this but maybe you could explore if there is a way to define a single routes group with all these settings?
