NOTE:
The current application-client_11.xsd included in this PR cannot be used to validate xml files due to a bug in this file.
I opened jakartaee/jakarta.ee#2199 to track it down, although I am not 100% sure if that repository is the correct one to fix these issues.
We can delay merging this , file a follow-up JBMETA Jira to address this issue once the changes have been fixed by Jakarta EE side, or temporarily fix it here, although I leave it as it is since this doesn't affect our tests.
