refactor: notification settings overhaul cleanup

Note

Aligns notification channel IDs across code and XML using centralized string resources, with tests to prevent drift.

• Add non-translatable channel_id_* strings in strings.xml and update XML preferences to reference them via app:channelId
• Add Robolectric tests ensuring NotificationChannels constants match strings.xml values
• Clarify comments in NotificationChannels.kt about resource sync
• Remove obsolete RingtonePreferenceX
