Accept IPv6 addresses in the standard notation. Examples: --listenip=:: --listenip=fd00::1

Accept IPv6 addresses in the standard notation. Examples:
allowfromalready accepts IPv6 prefixes and also properly resolves IPv6 addresses for hostnames. Thus, with this PR, socket-proxy should fully support IPv6.
