workato profiles create function

[shihanpan]

add support for workato profiles create; ensure that the original create path (through workato init) still functions as intended; factor out the profile creation code to reduce code duplication.

Testing:
workato profiles create
workato init
both created a profile with identical workflow (which is intended)
