This pull request makes a small change to the release workflow configuration by removing the dependency on the
ta-cijob. This simplifies the workflow and ensures that the release process only depends on the necessary jobs.ta-cijob and its dependency from the.github/workflows/release.yamlfile, so thereleasejob now only depends oncheck-inputsandrust-ci.
