A better option might be to migrate to the git version of OCLhashcat that supports both Nvidia and AMD cards and gets a bit more attention from the developers. |

@thesle3p this is my intention now that oclhashcat has gone open source, it is simply a matter of finding the time! My only reason for not merging this PR is I haven't had a chance to check out the AMI myself and merging without doing so would feel improper. |

The AMI is slightly fugly since cudaHashcat-2.01 only has root permissions, which I fixed by chmod'ing to 777. But it works.
