Welcome to notebooklm-skill! This tool allows Claude Code to communicate directly with your Google NotebookLM notebooks. You can query your uploaded documents and receive accurate, citation-backed answers from Gemini.

- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS Mojave or later
- Internet Connection: Required for initial setup and authentication
- Disk Space: At least 100 MB of free space
- Browser: Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
- Click the link to visit the Releases page: NotebookLM Skill Releases.
- Find the latest release version at the top of the page.
- Click on the appropriate file for your operating system:
- For Windows, select

- Save the file to your computer.
- Locate the downloaded file and double-click to open it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Browser Automation: Easily navigate through your notebooks.
- Library Management: Organize and manage your documents effectively.
- Persistent Authentication: Stay logged in to your Google account for hassle-free access.
- Personalized Answers: Get responses strictly from your own knowledge base.
- Launch the application after installation.
- Sign in with your Google account to authenticate.
- Once logged in, select the notebook you want to query.
- Type your query in the provided text box.
- Click on the "Get Answer" button.
- Receive your answer sourced from your documents.
If you experience issues, try the following steps:
- Cannot Sign In: Ensure you are using the correct Google account and have a stable internet connection.
- No Responses: Verify that your notebooks contain documents related to your query.
- Application Crashes: Restart your computer and try reopening the application.
