Comformal meshes

Many improvements since previous publication.
The last change introduced the generation of conformal meshes among different levels of the hierarchical CAD structure. Upper level mesh defines a fixed discrete interface which is used as master mesh in the lower level (in a component of an assembly or a subdomain of a part).
