gendistR

The goal of gendistR is to produce a variety of genetic distance metrics using amino acid substitution metadata from SARS-CoV-2 sequences.

Installation

You can install the development version of gendistR from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("wzmli/gendistR")
