Pre public release

Everything functional.

• changed required scopes
• added channel notifications
• added user notifications
• used dropdown menus for picking channel

Multiple teams support

This release supports multiple teams installation using oAuth 2.0 flow. It supports calls to API using registered tokens. Tokens are stored in storage without encryption right now, there are no direct mentions for bot and installation callback website need improvement as well as the bot introducing himself to the team once installed.
