xboxdrv had become out of date compared to Ubuntu events configuration.
The commands are now in /usr/include/linux/input-event-codes.h instead of the /usr/include/linux/input.h headere file. This meant that the gen_event_lists.rb script required change.
After this script was changed I regenerated the event lists by running the script resulting in updated abs_list.x key_list.x rel_list.x files.
