"None" means "You cannot use this", but judging by the rest of the line, the intent was to allow unrestricted use.

+1 (even if something clearer such as “Public domain” would be even better) Granting a license means granting the right to use. Offering no license means preventing all rights. Edit: heavily discussed in #73. |
