Implements #2061
Added the ability for Xenia to update itself by checking the GitHub API Endpoint for the latest release, comparing it to the current build of Xenia installed, and updating via batch script to add/overwrite the contents of Xenia's current directory with the contents of the latest xenia_master.zip for Windows.
Also included detailed logging for each step of the download/update in case of any breakdowns. (i.e. HTTP failures, no connection, same version, etc.)
