Summary

  • narrow setuptools package discovery to avoid false positives during hooks-equivalence lint container runs
  • refine hooks-equivalence commitlint range checking so accepted codex auto-landing subjects do not trip conventional-commit validation
  • keep the change scoped to the two verified leaves already reproduced from mainline CI

Verification

  • pnpm run scan:host-process-risks
  • bash scripts/ci/run-in-container.sh --task lint --gate hooks-equivalence
  • bash scripts/ci/hooks-equivalence-gate.sh

Superseded by signed replay PR #35, which carries the same 2-file hooks-equivalence fix on a verified commit path and has now merged.
