Allow `hctl config get logging` to return all options within a section. Also fix path resolution to use yaml tags instead of Go field names, and prevent panic on empty path in getElementByYamlPath. Signed-off-by: Fabian 'xx4h' Sylvester <xx4h@xx4h.de>
