add another test file for multiple calibration

i've added another tool: calibrate-SIRsim-multi-cpp.
The code is exactly the same as the serial variant except the

1. it accepts a json input
2. it loops through all values of omega, alpha and b

I am thinking of removing the serial version or simply replacing the serial one with this. let me know what you think
