This PR fixes the terminal display of GitHub issues in the CLI:

Wraps long issue titles across multiple lines to prevent table breakage.
Dynamically adjusts to terminal width for better readability.
Preserves full title text without truncation.
Browser (HTML) output remains unchanged.

This ensures the issue table is clean and readable in any terminal size.
