Starting to do some parsing here. We want to include some error handling and a panic mode for the parser.
Here we simply emit byte with OP_RETURN.
We can officially emit byte code for constants, ya'll. We making it.
This is not fully filled out yet. There is still plenty to do. Stopping here for the night. Campsite 17.6.1
