This pr resolves the wechat ios sdk via cocoapods and updates it to version 1.8.4 because the currently used version 1.7 is already deprecated since a while and support will be dropped soon. It also fixes apples UIWebView deprecation.
I intentionally did not upgrade to the latest version 1.8.7 because the apis have some major changes.
