This makes packaging quickstack significantly easier and reduces reliance on fixed library paths (specifically, I wanted to package this for NixOS). I've also checked that it still builds successfully when all dependencies are installed (
apt install build-essential git cmake zlib1g-dev binutils-dev libiberty-dev pkg-config libelf-dev).
