Change Verbiage on Controller Activity Dashboard

Summary

  • Changes the verbiage on the controller page to reflect if the controller has met or has not met the requirement yet.

What it Looks Like

Testing

  1. Impersonate a controller with >= 3 hours of controlling this quarter, go to the controller dashboard, verify you see text like image 1 above.
  2. Impersonate a controller with < 3 hours of controlling this quarter, go to controller dashboard, verify you see text like image 2 above.
