Description:
Typo in code. Doesn't appear to be a problem in armhf or aarch64
Benefits of this PR and context:
I don't think the dockerfile will build correctly if you don't.
How Has This Been Tested?
Honestly, I still couldn't get the dockerfile to work, so there may be something more going on here. But this seemed like a simple and straightforward problem and solution
