This commit renames any name instance of otbn to acc in files and directories, except for vendored files. It does not rename any of the file content yet. Signed-off-by: apinise <eapinis@zerorisc.com>
Most issues were caused by either misaligned lines after OTBN was replaced with 3 letters in ACC. Others were due to alphabetical order being changed. The following files were resolved in this commit. C/C++ and clang errors. Rust file linting. Bazel BUILD file formatting. Python file formatting. Signed-off-by: Evan Apinis <eapinis@zerorisc.com>

This PR updates the documentation following the fork and name change of OTBN to ACC. It is still in progress but has been opened for visibility.
There are additional commits that will be removed after merging #197 and #199.
