- Fixed misspelled tags.
- Improved look & feel.
- Added organization logo.
- Decluttered the code by separating out the embedded fonts, styles and images.
* Fixed the tag names that are misspelled. * Changed the font and embed as base64. * Included the logo. * style for input boxes and submit buttons added.
