Summary

• Migrate module path from github.com/zoobzio/openapi to github.com/zoobz-io/openapi
• Update README badges, documentation links, and install instructions
• Align CI, CodeQL, coverage, and release workflows to gold standard
• Remove benchmark and integration test targets (none exist in this repo)
• Update .goreleaser.yml with full release configuration (owner: zoobz-io)
• Add @wintermute-zbz to CODEOWNERS
• Add GitHub topics and set homepage to openapi.zoobz.io
• Add .claude/ to .gitignore

Test plan

• All tests pass locally with new module paths
• CI workflows pass on PR
