Oh boy...
There was a ton of very weird spacing in this repository (tabs and spaces being mixed on the same lines, even) making it pretty hard to read. I decided to use spaces for this PR only because that's by far what's normally used in Java and CPP.
That being said, if you'd prefer to stick with tabs let me know and I can try to figure something out. Also, if you have any issues with how this is currently spaces (I did it automatically) leave a comment or review and I'll change it ASAP.
