You might need to extend the list of config elements
I split the overlay in two parts, one for the follow tooltips and one for the hover tooltips. I added a skeleton for them at the bottom of
spectate.lua. They should be disabled by default.There is still some feature work that needs to be done on
spectate.cpp, but that shouldn't block you
