Add basic support for ShowRoomID flag:

  • Fix room name parsing when flag is enabled
  • Set $uid variable when flag is enabled, and room number is provided by the game. Otherwise, set to 0

Notes:

  • Additional changes will be required to show the room ID in the Room window, if desired
  • Changes to mapper might also be needed, but not included in this PR
