For a small fraction of data files we want to save more information to output slcio. This new driver saves almost all default collections (though not RawHits) as well as KF track residuals, sensor intercepts, and kinks. It's a very small change from PhysicsRun2021_pass0_recon.lcsim...just turn on two switches in KalmanPatRecDriver block of steering files.
