When added a custom path as output, "pre_process_" was appended at the beginning of the whole path (e.g. /home/user/myfolder/papers.csv became pre_process_/home/user/myfolder/papers.csv). Now "pre_process_" is appended between the path and the file name: /home/user/myfolder/pre_process_papers.csv
