Files and subdirectories now automatically inherit the base path from their parent entry. This allows omitting the `source` attribute, as paths will be resolved relative to the current directory context.

This PR introduces automatic path inference for
mkpsxisoand updatesdumpsxisoto generate cleaner XML scripts (explicitsourcefields are now gated behind the--lbaflag).The new path inference logic makes it possible to properly restore support for the legacy
srcdirelement. Previously, restoring this element wouldn't have been sufficient due to path resolution issues, but the new inference system handles it correctly.
