Android v1 embedding removal for OneSignal v3

One Line Summary

Latest Flutter versions no longer support Android v1 embedding and fail to compile. This PR removes it in the v3 branch.

Related to #1005

Details

Motivation

We can't upgrade yet to v5 since ID Verification is still not available there, so meanwhile, we still need to use v3.
