Upgrade everything

• upgrades all packages to the latest version
• applies prettier to all files and fixes lint issues
• enforces yarn instead of npm and a fixed version of node 16
• updates the readme with information from the forum thread
• upgrades to react router from reach router
• upgrades to use redux toolkit

supersedes #4

This also changes the buttplug integration to work with Intiface.
buggplug-js version 3 doesnt support web bluetooth anymore. However, support for that will return later in an extra library.
Intiface works on all platforms, so this is a good solution for now. We can still reintroduce Web bluetooth later, to allow chrome users to not have to install intiface.
