This is to prevent syntax errors when running shell scripts. When a docker image is built on Windows, the resulting entry point script is unusable: (.venv) M:\Histo\Multi-Compartment-Segmentation>docker run dzenanz/compreps:v0 docker-entrypoint.sh: line 2: $'\r': command not found docker-entrypoint.sh: line 5: $'\r': command not found usage: cli_list_entrypoint.py [-h] [--list_cli] <cli> cli_list_entrypoint.py: error: argument <cli>: invalid choice: '/bin/sh' (choose from 'MultiCompartmentSegment', 'FeatureExtraction')

On Windows this resulted in: 'printf' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
With slide_loc of: M:/Histo/LucarelliPAS\91647.svs slideID before: LucarelliPAS\91647 slideID after: 91647
