Rewrite the getting started notebook to provide a step-by-step guide for new users (install SoS, install pixi, clone the repo, run a pipeline). Replace the Singularity/Docker container workflow with pixi-managed environments via the StatFunGen pixi-setup installer, and link to the Wang Lab pixi documentation. Keep the content platform-agnostic rather than tied to a specific HPC cluster. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
