What Is TCPM(The Console Password Manger)

TCPM is a password manager that works in the Console. its based around something called sets. sets are well sets of passwords and usernames. so i could make a set with the name: GitHub and the Username: test123 and the Password: 123123 etc. for more documentation on TCPM look at the rest of the wiki pages
