Why doesn't TCPM have an .exe file

so far TCPM dose not have an .exe file i plan to add one

How to run TCPM

it is super simple to run TCPM download the TCPM.py file from the latest release (https://github.com/Thatoddone1/TCPM/releases) and run it with python 3.8 (https://www.python.org/downloads) and it should start up.
