When the repo was restructured from an integrated ecosystem into four separate projects, "independence" was over-applied as the primary identity of every component—repeated in titles, section headers, per-project bullets, integration scenario footers, and dedicated "Standalone Independence" sections. The result was redundant, tonally off, and buried the legitimate integration story.
